The purpose of reviewing Area Structure Plans is to ensure they conform with the County's Municipal Development Plan. The Water Valley / Winchell Lake Area Structure Plan Review Committee has finalized the review of it's Area Structure Plan.
The Plan set the vision for the future of the Community over the next 10 years, including policy direction on development, redesignation, and subdivision potential.
The Steering Committee is inviting the Community residents to review the Draft Area Structure Plan.
