County Scholarship Opportunities
Mountain View County Citizenship Awards: Facilitated through the six high schools in the Mountain View County region:
These awards are presented to one Grade 12 student from each High School located within the County in recognition of contributions made to their community. The student must be a rural resident of Mountain View County and be in their final year of high school. Every applicant is judged on various criteria, including involvement in extra-curricular activities, enthusiasm and initiative, good attitude toward school and community, leadership qualities, volunteer work and maintaining a good academic standing, with award recipients receiving $1,000 under Policy No. 8002 - Citizenship Award.

Partner Scholarship Opportunities
Parkland Airshed Management Zone: The Dr. Martha Kostuch Scholarship of $2,500 is open to students graduating from high school in the PAMZ region - Deadline is August 1st.
Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA): 2022 RMA Post-Secondary Scholarship ($1,000) - Must be a resident of RMA member municipality (Mountain View County) - Deadline is August 31st.
